1. Find Your Shipping Confirmation
Tracking becomes available after the order ships, not immediately after checkout. Look for the shipping confirmation sent to the email address used for the order. It will include a tracking link or tracking details when the carrier provides them.
If you cannot find the message, search your inbox for LUNORIANA and check spam, junk, and promotions folders. The earlier order confirmation confirms the purchase but may not contain shipment tracking.
2. Open the Carrier Tracking Link
The carrier page is the best source for the latest scan, estimated delivery date, delivery attempt, collection instructions, or customs message. Save the tracking number until every parcel in the order has arrived.
A newly created label may show no result or “shipment information received” before the carrier's first physical scan. Please allow a little time for that first update to appear.
3. Check My Account When Available
If you created an account when ordering, sign in to My Account to review the order details available there. The shipping email remains the main place to find the carrier tracking link.
Guest checkout is welcome when offered. A guest order is still valid and trackable through its shipping email; you do not need to create another order or a second account.
Understanding Common Tracking Statuses
“Label created” usually means shipment information has been prepared and the carrier is waiting for or has not yet scanned the parcel. “In transit” means it is moving through the carrier network, although updates may pause between facilities. “Out for delivery” means the local carrier plans to attempt delivery that day.
“Delivery attempted” normally means the carrier could not complete delivery and may try again or hold the parcel for collection. “Exception,” “held,” or “customs clearance” means the carrier or local authority may need more time or information. Follow any official instructions shown on the carrier page.
If the Order Has More Than One Parcel
Items from one order may occasionally ship separately. Each parcel can have its own tracking number and delivery date, so one arrival does not necessarily mean the full order has been delivered. Review every shipping confirmation and the items listed in it.
If Tracking Is Delayed or Has Stopped
Carriers do not always scan a parcel at every stop, and international tracking can pause during handover or customs review. Please allow the estimated delivery window to pass and look for a carrier notice requesting an address check, fee, collection, or another delivery attempt.
If the estimate has passed and there is still no meaningful movement, email support@lunoriana.com with your order number, checkout email address, tracking number, and the latest status. We will review what is available and help you understand the next step.
If Tracking Says Delivered
Check the delivery address, mailbox, reception desk, parcel locker, safe places, household members, and immediate neighbours where appropriate. Some carriers mark a parcel delivered shortly before it is placed at the final location, so allowing a short additional period may resolve the issue.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier when possible and then email us promptly with your order number and the checks you have completed. We may need your help confirming details for an investigation.
Need Us to Look It Up?
Email support@lunoriana.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout. For privacy and order security, we may ask you to confirm additional order details. LUNORIANA does not currently provide a separate public tracking portal or tracking API.
